It’s Party Time For Microsoft.

Microssoft’s $26.2 billion deal approved by EU

The EU(European Union) approved the software giant “Microsoft” acquisition of LinkedIn of $26 billion. The EU executives mentioned that they approved the deal on the condition that Microsoft allows rival professional networking sites to integrate its Office applications and cloud-computing services for the next five years.

“A growing number of Europeans subscribe to professional social networks. Today’s decision ensures that Europeans will continue to enjoy freedom of choice between professional social networks,” said EU antitrust chief Margrethe Vestager.

Microsoft ensures and committed that in November EU authority express distrust about the processing deal.Microsoft announced this deal with LinkedIn in June. The EU’s approval was the final barrier to closing the deal, following approvals in the U.S., Brazil, Canada, and South Africa.
It is $26.2 billion deal which is finally approved by EU.
